Admission Qualifications:
Female and Single
Preferably at least 5″ tall
Sixteen (16) to twenty two (22) years old
At least completed the 10-year basic education
High school general average of 80% or higher
Diligent and interested in the culinary arts and food service
Healthy — physically and mentally fit for OJT
Can communicate in basic written and oral English
Can perform basic mathematical computation
With good moral character
With pleasing personality
Additional Qualifications for in-house students:
Willing to undergo an eight-day orientation program
Able to combine work-study set-up

Photocopy of National Career Assessment Examination Result, if available

- Assessment of requirements
- Written Examination (Basic English, Basic Math with Problem Solving, Abstract Reasoning)
- Interview (with a parent/guardian, if applying for scholarship)
- Medical Exam
- Eight-day orientation (for in-house applicants only)
