Laiko Appeals for Aid for North Luzon Earthquake Victims c/o CARITAS

Dear Heads, Servant Leaders and Presidents of National Lay Organizations,

Considering the impact of the earthquake in the different dioceses, may I send to you the appeal of the Sangguniang Laiko to all National Lay Organizations to send help thru Caritas Philippines who is doing the rapid assessment and direct assistance to the Diocesan Social Action Centers.
