Your Excellency,
The Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Manila and our community, The Lord’s Flock, is sponsoring a big gathering of the youth at the Araneta Coliseum on July 1, 2017, from 1 to 6 PM. This gathering will have the Theme, “Relentless”, which focuses on God’s unrelenting love for us and how the youth are to respond to this love. This is the highlight of the series of Singles & Youth Faith On Fire (SYFOF) “We Are Tour” conferences which was brought to six Dioceses of Metro Manila and three Catholic Schools in Quezon City. His Eminence, Luis Antonio Cardinal has endorsed this big gathering of the youth in the Ecclesiastical Province of Manila (copy of endorsement attached) and he will give the keynote address in this event.
It started with the SYFOF Youth rally that we have launched together with Bishop Ongtioco in the Diocese of Cubao last June 2016 and have now spread to several Dioceses in Metro Manila.
The formula that we have used getting the youth back to the Parishes through music, dances, evangelistic plays, life testimonies, (nuggets) short teachings ending in a concert together with the participants was proven effective as they were able to relate to each and every segment of the program.
Admission is free and like before, the Lord’s Flock has volunteered to help in doing the needed legwork to make this affair a success.
To maximize the participation of the youth in this event and make it truly a “communion of communities”, we would like to seek your endorsement of this event to all the member organizations of the ECL (posters attached) and that the details of the Relentless event be posted in the Laiko website & Facebook page.
